I'm headed to JFK shortly, on my way to Iceland. I've been invited to a month-long artist's residency at SIM (Association of Icelandic Visual Artists) in the capitol city of Reykjavik, followed by another residency at Baer Art center in Hofsos, up north. I hope to post regularly about my adventures (with pictures, of course!). I'm happy to escape the Hudson Valley summer and venture to the land of the midnight sun (not sure I will sleep, though...).
